A project file featuring blocks from the Electric Quilt library, and it has been around since 2018, and grows a bit each time I open it.
I like the first design , but I might just have to play with the border for future reference. Perhaps the border from the second design might work better.

Hmmm … the colouring in the second design is sort of Christmassy … anyone would think that I have let some of my Christmas decorations out of storage.

After preparing for yesterday’s post I browsed through the virtual quilt designs in the EQ OP project file, and came across the design above, and thought the border looked a bit crowded so started playing.
Not quite social distancing as we are all encouraged to do at the moment, but I like the more spaced out version.
Then I wondered what it would be like used as sashing!
Interesting! Not too sure what blocks you would put inside a sashing which is half as wide as the blocks though.
Maybe a signature quilt … present the quilt at a special ...

Wish I could sleep in like that cat! I woke up at 5.30 this morning, got up at 6 because I was sick of laying around doing nothing … except trying to go to sleep!
And just like the cat, I got up and started looking at virtual quilts!
